• Book a free 20-minute fit call
• Contact me directly
• Purchase a Creative Diagnosis or another service
How I use your information
I use this information to:
• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide an initial diagnosis
• Decide whether the Creative Diagnosis is suitable for your business
• Arrange calls and meetings
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations or other agreed services
• Manage projects, invoicing and business records
• Maintain and improve the website and my services
I do not sell your personal information or use it for unsolicited bulk marketing.
Services I use
I use trusted service providers to operate the website, collect enquiries and arrange meetings. These include:
• Framer for website hosting
• Tally for the Where Does It Hurt? form and its responses
• Calendly for booking calls
• Google Workspace for email, calendar and video meetings
These services may process limited information on my behalf and operate under their own privacy and security terms.
How long I keep it
I keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services and maintain necessary business, legal or accounting records.
