The Creative Doctor is operated by Tom Leishman. This notice explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it and how it is handled.
Information I collect
When you contact me, book a call or become a client, I may collect:
Your name and email address
Your business name
Your website or social-media account
Information you provide about your creative or commercial challenges
Your preferred meeting times
Correspondence, project details and payment or invoicing records
Basic website usage information where available
How I use your information
I use this information to:
Respond to enquiries
Arrange and conduct consultations
Decide whether the Creative Health Check is suitable for your business
Prepare and deliver agreed services
Manage client relationships and business records
Improve my website, services and customer experience
Meet legal, accounting and administrative obligations
Lawful basis
I process personal information when it is necessary to respond to your request or take steps before entering into a contract, to fulfil an agreed contract, to meet legal obligations, or where I have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights.
I will not use information submitted through the booking form for unrelated marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive it.
Services and data sharing
I may use trusted service providers to operate the website, arrange meetings and deliver services. These currently include Framer, Calendly, Google Calendar and Google Meet.
These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and may process information outside the United Kingdom using appropriate data-protection safeguards.
I do not sell your personal information.
How long information is retained
Unsuccessful enquiry and booking information will normally be retained for no longer than 24 months.
Information relating to completed client work, contracts, invoices or accounting may be retained for up to six years where necessary for legal, tax or business-record purposes.
Information will be deleted sooner when it is no longer reasonably required, unless it must be retained for a legal reason.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
Ask for a copy of your personal information
Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected
Ask for your information to be deleted
Ask for its use to be restricted
Object to certain uses of your information
Withdraw consent where consent is being relied upon
Ask for information to be transferred where applicable

Cookies and third-party content
This website may use essential cookies required for the website and embedded services to function. Embedded services such as Calendly and video-testimonial tools may also process technical information or set their own cookies.
